Tribute100 tiles by Fiandre Architectural Surfaces

Dezeen Showroom: Italian brand Fiandre Architectural Surfaces pays homage to its classic Serie 100 collection with Tribute100, a range of tiles with metallic glazes that subtly reflect light.

The Serie 100 collection was Fiandre Architectural’s first to be made with a high percentage of recycled materials and featured slightly metallic surfaces, and Tribute100 continues that legacy with three filigree designs: Paint, Fold and Net.

The Tribute100 collection features porcelain tiles with a subtle metallic glaze

Paint reproduces the look of broad, industrial brushstrokes, while Fold is covered with irregular linework that creates a look reminiscent of crumpled paper.

Net introduces a more linear mesh pattern that is meant to evoke the look of weaving with metallic or silky threads.

Slightly three-dimensional surface textures catch the light and create a changing surface appearance

Each of the designs is finished with a combination of a metallic glaze and a lightly three-dimensional surface that gives the tiles a dynamic, changing appearance, particularly in response to light.

The Tribute100 collection is available in four neutral colours and three sizes, and Fiandre encourages the mix and matching of sizes, colours and designs to create unique interior compositions.
