The Golden State Warriors will be without superstar guard Stephen Curry for Saturday’s Game 3 of their second-round NBA playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
When can Warriors fans expect the injured Curry back on the court?
Well, ESPN’s Shams Charania estimated on Saturday evening that a possible Game 6 return on May 18 is the earliest that Curry could come back for Golden State at this point. He’ll be evaluated again on Wednesday to see where he is in his recovery.
Curry’s left hamstring strain has hampered him at the worst possible time, but Warriors fans can at least know that a return is very possible during the playoffs.
Well, that’s all we know for now. We’ll see if Golden State can stay alive long enough for Curry to return (if he’s able, that is).
